Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering. Your LOR aoolication has been reviewed. In order for the amended site olan to be aooroved the following revisions are required: 1. [32.6.2] Easement. The proposed drainage easement requires an easement plat and deed. Please submit an easement plat application, and associated materials, to the County for review. Once the easement plat and deed are approved by the County and recorded, the recording instrument (deed book and page) will need to be noted on the site plan. The drainage easements have been recorded with the County. Deed book and page number have been provided on Sheet C8.0. Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer) — Matt Wentland: 1. The proposed drainage easements should be labelled as 'Dedicated to Public Use'. The easements will need to be platted and a deed will be required with the plat. The proposed drainage easements have been labeled as requested on Sheet C8.0. Virginia Department of Transportation —Adam Moore: 1. No objection.
