As I mentioned in my earlier email, use of that entrance ,t cease as it violates Section 14-404 of the Subdivision Ordinance. The easement label should state "hereby vacated" Revise the note on Sheet 2 so that it states that the 30' access easement recorded in DB 904 308 is a private street. It is now the private street providing frontage and access to Tract 2. 04/22/2021 Cameron Langille Division: CDD Planning No Objection at received via email on 4/22 from Jeff Powell at Roudabush, Gale, & Assoc.
