The callout on sheet 3 for the vacation of the 30' access easement recorded in DB 3998
ildn't reference the Note on Sheet 2. As I mentioned in my earlier email, use of that entrance
,t cease as it violates Section 14-404 of the Subdivision Ordinance. The easement label should
state "hereby vacated"
Revise the note on Sheet 2 so that it states that the 30' access easement recorded in DB 904
308 is a private street. It is now the private street providing frontage and access to Tract 2.
