Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering. 1. C0.0: Provide VSMP Revision Narrative. Please explain purpose of Amendment. Revision narrative has been included on sheet C0.0 to explain the purpose and changes with this amendment. 2. C0.0: Revise title to include reference to Amendment #1. Title has been revised to reference Amendment #1 3. 6-sheet Amendment appears to include or may rely upon approved plan elements. Via narrative or cloud revisions, please: a. Clearly indicate which elements are approved and unchanged with Amendment #1, and which elements of design (or SWIM facilities) are newly proposed or altered. A Bubbled set was provided via email after we realized the bubbles were stripped when the plan was uploaded. The PDF's have been flattened this time to make sure the bubbles make it through into county view b. C6.2: Please provide narrative, notes, clouding, etc. to indicate whether bioretention filter details (2A, 2C, 3A) or any other element on this plan sheet are new or revised. All plan changes have been bubbled. No changes have been made to any of the bioretention filter details or computations as we had a surplus of treatment on the site that is more than sufficient to cover the increase of disturbed area which has no change in land cover from existing to proposed. The area where ENGINEERING I DESIGN I TECHNOLOGY the limits have been expanded is managed turf today and will be managed turf in the final condition. c. C6.2, C6.3: Please indicate whether (if /which) elements or .xls table entries in the VaRRM.xls are revised, or new. The revised entries in the VRRM have been bubbled. 4. Note: Amendments are typically low-level reviews with modest change to approved plans that can be reviewed with less than new plan submittal effort. As it is, plan submitted must be checked against approved plan tables, details, linework, facility dimensions /design, drainage divides, and quantity -quality elements of design. In our opinion this amendment is a low-level review and we apologize the bubbles did not make it through upon uploading the plan. The email sent with a download link was meant to supplement the review of the plan to easily identify the changes. We will be more diligent in the future with flattening clouds/bubbles on plans as we have learned on to do on the SWPPP's. SWPPP will be reviewed with revised Amendment #1 submittal. Understood. Bubbled have even been added to the SWPPP to easily and quickly identify the changes made. 6. Additional comments are possible. Note: a brief, descriptive C0.0 narrative may help focus attention on those elements revised by Amendment' Understood however in our opinion with the level of detail provided by the bubbles this should be a simple and hopefully quick review for an approval. We have included PDF copies of the plans and calculations for your review.
