There is still some confusion whether or not the shown drainfield is for the new lot or for the existing house. If the proposed drainfield is for the new lot they will need to confirm the location of the drainfields serving New Parcel 41E (the existing house is now on this lot). I will wait for the Applicant to respond to clarify before sending you the official transmittal letter requesting your review. Sorry for not sending that previously, I am new to Subdivision review, so I am still learning the processes. As for your issues, below. In number 1 you suggest that the proposed drainfield is on multiple parcels. No, that is not the case since this is a proposed boundary line adjustment.
