As you can see, staff from the Engineering Division, VDOT, and RWSA have not yet completed their reviews. I will forward any comments or approvals from them to you upon receipt. Unless one of the three remaining reviewers has a significant comment that requires a revision to the initial site plan drawings, the only comment that must be addressed prior to initial site plan approval is my comment #1, which is payment of the $435.00 notification fee. We must receive payment of that fee by Friday June W' in order to approve the initial site plan. Also, the Department of Fire Rescue has commented that the alley proposed in Block 10B needs to be revised to meet certain fire access standards. You may want to forward this letter to your consultants at Roudabush so that are aware of this matter. That way they can contact Fire Rescue to get any clarification needed in order to ascertain how the alley needs to be revised. You were the only person listed for contact on the site plan application, so I haven't sent this letter to anyone at Roudabush. Please let me know if you have any questions.
