PERMANENT STABILIZATION SHALL BE LIME AND FERTILIZER, PERMANENT SEEDING, AND MULCH. AGRICULTURAL GRADE LIMESTONE SHALL BE APPLIED AT 90LBS/1000SF, INCORPORATED INTO THE TOP 4-6 INCHES OF SOIL. FERTILIZER SHALL BE APPLIED AT 1000LBS/ACRE AND CONSIST OF A 10-20-10 NUTRIENT MIX.
