The Albemarle County Planning Commission at its meeting, May 18, 2021 recommended approval by a vote of 7:0 of the
Special Exception for disturbance of critical slopes §18-4.2 to allow for the construction of entrance on to Broomley Road.
The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7:0 for the reasons stated in the staff report with the
following condition: The area of land disturbance on critical slopes must be in general accord with the "Critical Slopes
Disturbance Section A -A' Exhibit" prepared by Shimp Engineering, P.C., dated October 25, 2020 (Revised April 22, 2021).
