Great! The County Office Building is still only open to the public Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please drop it off

All comments have been addressed. Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat printed to scale, signed by all
applicable parties, and notarized to the Community Development Department for agent approval. If you need additional
copies please make copies of the Plat we return to you. Please be aware that the County Office Building is still only open
to the public Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Also, please attach my name to the Plats when you submit so intake can
place them in my mailbox. Thanks so much and let me know if you have any questions.

Tim,
We will get this ready for you to pickup early next week.
Tim Starr, Courtney Starr, Nancy Davis Imhoff and Susan Wollerton will all need to sign in front of a Notary.
Once you have gotten all necessary signatures the plats come back to us for Brian's signature and he won't be back in
town until Monday.
We will then take it to the county for their signature, they will keep a copy and we will get a copy from which we will
make copies for dispersal to attorneys for recording.
