Tim Starr, Courtney Starr, Nancy Davis Imhoff and Susan Wollerton will all need to sign in front of a Notary. Once you have gotten all necessary signatures the plats come back to us for Brian's signature and he won't be back in town until Monday. We will then take it to the county for their signature, they will keep a copy and we will get a copy from which we will make copies for dispersal to attorneys for recording.
