Does VDOT have any comments or objections on this easement plat? I have taken this project over from Chris who has
left the County so I wanted to double check if comments were sent to him directly. The Applicant has recently contacted
me about the status of this project and questioned if VDOT's review was necessary. Anyways, please let me know if

great to sink your teeth into for required notes and distribution process. Do not approve this plat till you receive
the other reviewers approvals (VDOT and ACSA). I have entered you in CV as the lead. This should be a
straight forward easement plat type of thing. Attached is the transmittal email of the project. Review comments
are due May 7th to meet the 60 day deadline. The file will be on your desk.

Chris is in the process of closing out and cleaning up his files. We've reviewed his project list with him and have
attempted to identify planners to take over each of his open files. Some of you have already received emails from Chris
on application reassignments. Chris will continue to pass files on, but we will be continuing to review the assignments,
particularly considering new submittals that come in next week, and we will do our best to distribute work evenly. It
looks like we will all need to remain flexible for a time as we try to manage this heavy workload and fill open positions.
