July 12,2019 Mr.Andrew Reitelbach,Senior Planner Albemarle County Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville,VA 22902 RE: Letter of Revision Request for SUB 2017-00057 Old Trail Village Block 22 Final Site Plan Dear Mr. Reitelbach, I am writing to request a Letter of Revision of the Old Trail Village Block 22 Final Site Plan,SUB 2017-00057. The proposed revision to the approved plans affects the allocation of accessory dwelling units(ADU's)within Block 22. The approved final site plan showed a total of(12)affordable accessory units allocated to the following lots: 18,33,34,35,36,37,38, 39,40,41,42,and 43. The builder of this block(Craig Enterprises) has requested us as the authorized agent to engage in the process of reallocating the proposed ADU's within Block 22.The proposed revisions are to allocate a total of (13)ADU's to the following lots: 1,6,7, 10, 11, 15, 16,22, 24,25,35,36, and 37.The following lots are to have ADU labels removed: 18,33,34,38,39,40,41,42,and 43.The new lots still provide parking requirements of ADU's per our code of development and proposes(1)additional ADU in order to help us meet requirements in future blocks.The additional parking in Block 22 was provided in order to serve the lots allocated to ADU's. The proposed revisions detailed above are minimal in nature and I believe that they meet the intent of ZO 32.3.3.b.2 in that the revisions(i)adhere to the standards and requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and ZMA, (ii)comply substantially to the approved plans(iii)will have no adverse impact on adjacent lands or public facilities. • Sincerely, 4.1.J.34 Jeremy L.
