The applicant is requesting permission to record these two plats; however, I looked and noticed we never received your
approval of these plats; rather, your last comments on these were "RWSA approval for the site plan is still pending."
Please let me know the status of this review. Reminder these plats are associated with SDP202000054 Sleep Numbers
Charlottesville-Final site Plan.

Subject: Sleep Number Off-site Easement Plats
Chris,
Could you give the two attached plats a quick look and let me know if we are good with moving forward with getting
signatures?As I understand the status of this project,you were comfortable moving forward if there were no substantial
changes. With that in mind,here are the changes to these plats:
1. We are leaving the easement on the Realty Income property off and will address this on another plat, when we get
final approval from them. I believe you are aware of this change.
2. We increased the size of the ACSA Easement on the Kidco property that connects to the Realty Income property
to give us more flexibility with whatever agreement we come to with Realty Income Properties.
3. I left off all pending easements on both plats because it gives us more flexibility in the order of recordation.
I believe this is it for the easement plats.Please let me know if we can move forward or if you need another round of
reviews.
Also, could you provide comment on the two attached deed documents? I don't know that we ever received your blessing
on these.

Yes,that's what I have too. I asked Richard for clarification of this comment back in Dec and never received an answer.
I'll go ahead and send him both plats again and his former comment, and ask him to let me know if the plats are ready
for approval.

All I have for both the Utility Easement Plat and Drainage/Access Easement Plat is ACSA stating, "RWSA approval for the
site plan is still pending."

Does this mean the plat needs to until the site plan has been approved by KvvSA?

Thanks for your patience. Staff report completed, 14 pages written with 400 pages of attachments. As for the
items you sent me, I offer the following:
SUB202000172 Sleep Number Charlottesville Utility Easement- Plat
This plat looks identical to the version that we reviewed in December. I have not received ACSA approval of
this plat. Do you have their approval? If not, I can forward the plat to them and request a revision.
SUB202000164 Sleep Number Charlottesville Offsite Drainage/Access Easement—Plat
I see the small hatching details have been added to help distinguish the easements. Looks Good. The overall
content of this plat looks identical to the version we reviewed in December. I have not received ACSA approval
of this plat. Do you have their approval? If not, I can forward the plat to them and request a revision.
SUB2020-165 Sleep Number Charlottesville- Right of way dedication plat and easements
As of this morning the revised deed has been sent to the County Attorney and is being reviewed. Once I receive
his review I will forward it to you. The reason why he needed to review it again is because there were
substantial changes beyond what he requested.
