RE: Lighthouse Instruments (deeds)
Please review the attached six draft deeds of easement for various public easements associated with and depicted on the
following attached 4 easement plats: SUB2019-90 -Easement Plat, SUB2019-91 -Easement Plat, SUB2019-92 -
Easement Plat, and SUB2019-93 -Easement Plat. These easement plats are associated w/ SDP2018-70 Lighthouse
Instruments -Final Site Plan. Please review the attached legal documents associated with the public easements.
Additionally,the applicant submitted 9 other deeds associated with the project. I'll forward those 9 other deeds in a
separate email to keep them separated. If the County does not need to review those 9 other deeds, let me know and I'll
inform the applicant.
Below is the contact information for the applicant's attorney, Henry Young. If you have any questions about the project,
let me know.
Notably,this project was identified as a priority project by Mark Graham when it was originally assigned to me.

As mentioned in the last email, the applicant submitted the 9 additional deeds associated with and depicted on the
following attached 4 easement plats: SUB2019-90 -Easement Plat, SUB2019-91 -Easement Plat, SUB2019-92 -
Easement Plat,and SUB2019-93 -Easement Plat. These easement plats are associated w/SDP2018-70 Lighthouse
