Thanks for your comments on the Goldsmith project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated June 25, 2018 as follows:
1. T.M. 63-37 was subdivided in 1985, therefore the 31 acre rule does not apply.
2. The typo in the "Owners &Address" note 1 has been corrected to T.M. 63-37 & 38.
3. Once this plat is recorded, the County GIS should pick up on it and revise their boundary lines
accordingly.
4. Ok.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know when it is ready for
owners signature.

Brian Ray has told me that he has submitted a revised plat of survey showing a boundary line adjustment on our
property that is responsive to the County's concern about the location of our pool project at 3377 Lonesome Mountain

Road. I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that the Virginia Outdoors Foundation,which has held the
conservation easement on our property since 2005,approved our request for permission to make this improvement
(see attached letter).
I would be happy to show you the property at your convenience so that you understand what we intend to do. If there
