The plat would be recorded with the Certificate. His attorney would know how to handle that. I already explained to Patricia in a separate email that I gave up all but two development rights on my entire property when I put it in a Conservation Easement with the Virginia Outdoors Foundation in 2006. I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that the Virginia Outdoors Foundation,which has held the conservation easement on our property since 2005, approved our request for permission to make this improvement(see attached letter). I would be happy to show you the property at your convenience so that you understand what we intend to do.
