This Stop Work Order is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Seed and mulched, limited germination, Corrective Action: Add Millet to current seed bed to help with ground cover Deficiency: Need additional controls to contain single family run off, also additional controls to contain site during entrance and bmp install Corrective Action: Provide additional controls to contain, notate in SWPPP all changes Deficiency: Basin and trap need maintenance, spillway and diversions to trap needed, basin needs diversions. Basin appears at capacity, clean out sediment and repair as needed Corrective Action: Return both to approved status and develop plan to contain site during transition Deficiency: Stablize seed and mulch applied, need germination Corrective Action: Add millet Deficiency: Install and maintain as required per plan and site conditions Corrective Action: All inlets to have proper controls installed and maintained to prevent failure Deficiency: Maintain a proper tire wash at both ends of site, all vehicle traffic must use wash, site contractors and single family contractors Corrective Action: Deficiency: Outlet protection needed at outfall at route 20 Corrective Action: Install approved outlet protection and maintian. Deficiency: No wash being used and vehicle's tracking mud into roadway Corrective Action: A sworn complaint has been made by the Albemarle County Erosion Control Inspector below. This STOP WORK ORDER shall remain in effect for seven (7) days. If satisfactory repairs have not been made within seven (7) days, the County may elect to issue another Stop Work Order, and/or petition the Circuit Court for penalties and relief with regard to this violation. Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§ 17-208).
