[14-302(A)(3)] Please include the recorded instrument number for Blenheim Road, if possible. 2. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Please include the recorded instrument number for the existing drainage easement shown on the plat and whether it is a public or private easement. 3. [14-302(B)(1)] Please include a date of revision. 4. [14-302(B)(6)] According to Albemarle County GIS data the correct Tax Map and Parcel Numbers for the two properties are TMP 114-67H and TMP 114-67H1. TMP 114-67I is the 21.28-acre lot immediately south of these properties. Please update all Tax Map and Parcel Number references on the Plat accordingly. 5. [14-302(B)(10)] According to the most current Albemarle County GIS data the Water Protection Ordinance Stream Buffer does not extend all the way to Blenheim Rd. as is shown on the Plat. Please see the attached Map for reference and update the Plat accordingly. 6. Please submit the revised Plat to the Community Development Department for review. One (1) copy shall suffice for this review. Once all comments above are addressed please submit two (2) hard copies of the plat printed to scale and signed by all applicable parties to the Community Development Department for approval and final signatures.
