The proposal to add two new lighting fixtures (Spartan, WSL Series 18" Wall Pack, Full Cutoff, 175W MH)to the exterior of the building, along the West end of the Southern side, is acceptable. The Planning Department will add-this approval letter and accompanying documentation showing the acceptable locations and lighting type to our file (SDP-78-042) to serve as the letter of revision. Please update your records to reflect the information that was submitted with your request and a copy of this letter. A total of three letters of revision are allowed before a minor amendment is necessary. This is your first (1st) letter of revision. Please accept this letter as final approval for your request. Our Drive thru could use more light at this location. For safety reasons it would make it a lot safer with extra lighting around our drive through.
