TMP 71-29C and 71-29D are each enrolled in the Batesville Agricultural/Forestal District, and are
subject to the limitations on development to a more intensive use listed in section 3-202 of the
County Code. While section 3-202(A)(3)(d) permits boundary line adjustments in the Districts where
all resulting parcels are 21 acres or more, there is no allowance in section 3-202 for boundary line
adjustments for parcels under 21 acres. Therefore this proposed boundary line adjustment cannot be
