Charlottesville, VA 22903 www.timmons.com June 9, 2021 County of Albemarle Ms. Mariah Gleason — Senior Planner Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Beaver Creek Medical Office Building Letter of Revision #2 Dear Ms. Gleason: The following is a summary of changes reflected in the Letter of Revision submission • Sheet CO.0: This sheet has been included to show the addition of one parking space. • Sheet C4.0: An ADA ramp has been added leading to the building main entrance. Additionally, the proposed dumpster that was previously shown on the subject property (TMP 06000-00-00-03800) has been relocated to the adjacent property (TMP 06000-00-00-03900). A Shared Dumpster Agreement, signed by both property owners, has been provided with this submission. This change leads to a net increase of one parking space on the subject parcel. • Sheet C5.0 & C5.1: Grading has been revised for the proposed ADA curb ramp mentioned above. No other changes are proposed to the existing grading. • Sheet 1-1.0 & L2.0: Additional shrubs are proposed adjacent to the ADA curb ramp to highlight the path to the building main entrance. With this application, we are requesting to waive the requirements of Section 4.12.13(e) of the County's Zoning Ordinance, per Section 4.12.13(f). Both property owners have agreed to share a dumpster, and the signed agreement has been included within this application.
