I - Use of this site must be in general accord (as delermined by the, Director or manning and the Zoning
Administrator) with the concept plan "Application & Conceptual Layout Plan by Collins
Engineerino' last revised 09121/20 (the Concept Plan),. To be in general accord with this plan,
development and use, of the site must reflecut the general size, arrangement and location of the vehicle
display/storage and landscape areas. Permitted modifications may include those required by the
ARB, those, nect.,ssary to satisfy the conditions of this special us,c� permit, and additional
