Keith Bradshaw wanted me to forward this to you. Yurt has all the makings for another SFD, Keith advised there's
setback issues, and I have the building codes issues as well.
Are you planning on reaching out to Ms Pyle regarding all of this? Keith will put the vios in the computer system.

Went out to do the homestay inspection today, several issues with this property. Original building permit was 4 BR with
0 finished basement. Basement finished, no permits, wanting to rent out 5 bedrooms in main house.
They obtained a NNR permit for a deck, said was going to cover with yurt. Yurt is now another dwelling unit with a
bedroom which is also being rented out. There's no way the permit amount covered the yurt and I'm sure it was never
inspected as a yurt is 30K+without the deck base. It is in violation of the energy code as it has a mini -split HVAC unit
and since the structure is not insulated it cannot have this. Must have a renewable energy source.
What do you wish to do?
