PLAN AMENDMENT
Dear Summer:
Thank you for your correspondence dated September 18, 2009 from the ARB on the
above-referenced project. The attached revised plans address the comments as described
below:
ARB
1. The wording on the cover sheet has been corrected.
2. Spillover light at Route 250 has been corrected.
3. Additional information regarding fixture SG was obtained from the lighting
representative via email—see attached.
4. Cutsheets for the Atlantic are now attached to the plans.
5. The screening details have been revised to ensure consistency with the
architectural plans and for better readability.
6. The site plan has been revised for consistency with the architect's drawings.
Engineering
1. Proposed alterations have been bubbled.
2. All parking areas have slopes of 5%or less.
3. The retaining wall detail is shown on sheet 6. This wall was approved with the
original site plan. The contractor has a building permit for the wall.

5. A note has been added.
Additionally,please note that a landscaping plan has been provided to illustrate plantings
installed. These are in addition to the original landscape plan for the overall
development.
