To Whom it May Concern:
This Certified Engineering Report is being provided on behalf of Pasta Valente
and the answers are based upon a discussion with the owner of the business and
a tour of their existing business operations in the City of Charlottesville.
The parcel is zoned Industrial (L-1) and it is my understanding that in order for
Pasta Valente. to occupy the space we will need to submit this Letter of
Performance Standards along with our zoning clearance application which is
enclosed.
We have addressed the standards referenced in Section 4.14 and provide the
following responses:
Noise
The operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values
specified in Section 4.14.1. The exterior walls are concrete block which will help
contain any noise. There will be no tools or machinery that will generate loud
noises.
Vibration
There will be no activities generating vibrations.
Glare
All operations are completely contained within the building. The interior lighting
associated with this operation does not produce glare that is visible beyond the
lot line. All lighting is similar to other lighting in the building in which Pasta
Valente will be a tenant.

Air Pollution
There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants.
Water Pollution
No industrial liquid wastes will be generated by this operation.
Radioactivity
There is no equipment or operation that will generate any radioactivity.
Electrical Interference
The operation does not require any equipment that would generate electrical
disturbances that would adversely affect the operation of equipment on any other
lot or premises.
