BLA - Keswick Wastewater Treatment Plant TO: Mr. Kevin McCollum, Planner Please find below our responses to review of the plat referenced above (BLA for Keswick WWTP); we appreciate your comments and review. Included (below) are comments provided by Albemarle County with responses (in red), accordingly: [14-302(A)(7) and 14-303(n] Please show all existing and departing lot lines. If necessary, please adjust the scale so that all of TMP 80-60B is visible or meets the bearing and distance ties requirement below. a. Bearing and distance ties. Please provide a definite bearing and distance tie between not less than two (2) permanent monuments on the exterior boundary of the property and further tie to existing street intersection where possible and reasonably convenient. Plat is now formatted as two (2) sheets to depict the entirety of both subject (affected) parcels; scale remains at 1" = 60'. 2. [14-302(A)(10)] Please include a note that addresses development rights. A note that says "no development rights are affected by this Plat" will suffice. Please see 'new' Survey Note no. 12. (notes renumbered upon removal noted in comment no. 3, below). [14-302(B)(5)] In the Zoning information under Survey Note 1, please include "Flood Hazard Overlay District" and "Entrance Corridor Overlay District" next to or under where it says `Rural Areas" for both properties. Please remove Survey Note 9 since that note will be added to the Zoning information note as mentioned above. Flood Hazard & Entrance Corridor Overlay District designations now added within Survey Note 1 as specified (below zoning, RA); original note 9 deleted. 4. [14-302(B)(5)] Please include a reference to the approved Variance VA199100042. This variance reduces the setback requirement from I-64 from 75 feet to 20 feet. Variance reference is added within Survey Note 2. 5. Please add a date of revision. Last date of revision added to sheet details, lower right. Thank you.
