Motion: Mr.Van Der Werf moved to accept the applicant's request for deferral.
Mr. Hancock seconded the motion.

OTHER BUSINESS 1
a. ARB-2017-128: alloy Ford: vehicle display area
After considering thea ditional information provided on the proposed changes to the approved plan,it was
the consensus of the ARB that the revised display parking layout was acceptable if all plant quantities
remain the same.
b. ARB-2018-143: NRAO freestanding sign: landscaping,
It was the consensus of the ARB that landscaping,including low shrubs and/or groundcover,with plants to
shield the ground-mounted light fixture,are required at the base of the NRAO sign.
c. 2019 ARB Meeting Schedule: Adoption
Motion: Mr. Hancock moved for approval of the 2019 meeting schedule.
Mr.Van Der Werf seconded the motion.
The motion carried by a vote of 3:0. (Wardell, Stoner absent)
d. Guidelines update: Discussion
This discussion was postponed so that all members could be present and take part.
e. Approval of Minutes: November 5,2018
Motion: Mr. Hancock moved for approval of the minutes for 11-5-2018.
Mr.Van Der Werf seconded the motion.
The motion carried by a vote of 3:0. (Wardell, Stoner absent)
f. Next ARB Meeting: MONDAY,December 3,2018 at 1:00 p.m.
g. Pole light/light fixture
After considering the proposed pole light/light fixture design, it was the consensus of the ARB that site
lights with a less conspicuous appearance would be more appropriate.
