I have had'a ' chance to share your notes with my client who has in turn spoken with Speedway representatives. Since they are unable to have their standard Speedy Rewards panel they have elected to just insert a blank white panel in the sign. There was an error on our part in processing and we are working to ensure that the error does not reoccur The proposed refacing does not meet the Entrance Corridor Sign Guidelines and revisions are needed before I can sign off on the proposal. These changes are consistent with actions on refacing proposals reviewed for this sign in 2016 and 2018. 1. Please limit the sign panel colors to the 3 colors previously approved for the signs— red (to match Pantone 187), white and black. Yellow(Pantone 109) may be used as an accent color in small quantities. Please revise the drawings to illustrate the approvable colors and to add notes regarding the specific color names and numbers. 2. The proposed panel must have an opaque background. Include a note indicating this on the sign drawings. Please revise the sign drawings to address these issues, include revision dates on the drawings, and email me the revisions. I will do my best to review and approve the revisions as soon after-receipt as possible. If you have questions or need further clarification, please email me. 2 • Thanks.
