Margaret—the front elevations are the same (that didn't change) but railings were selected in place of the parapet walls. So, a railing would be on those units. I wanted to give you an update and ask a question—we're selling in Building 9, and buyers of the upper units in 3 and 4 and 13/14 selected the options for railings instead of the parapet wall. This changes the look from what was proposed in the attached; we preselected for approvals to show the range of what could be chosen, but railings are mostly being selected as desirable by the Buyers. Should I have handled the submittal differently, showing several possible configurations for one building? It would be a lot, But I wanted to let you know this info and check in about it. Thanks for educating me on this, Gregg O'Donnell Land Engineer STANLEY MARTIN HOMES 404 People Place, Suite 303, Charlottesville, VA 22911 OdonnellGP(aStanleyMartin.com I Mobile: 434.989.7206 StanleyMartin.com Office: 434.975.7445 ext. 306 2
