THIS DEED OF GIFT made this 17th day of March, 1992 by
and between LEWIS B. JOHNSON, JR. and ALICE T. JOHNSON, his wife,
Grantors, and WALTER TUCKER JOHNSON and VANESSA COPELAND JOHNSON,
husband and wife, Grantees, whose mailing address is 2312
Williamsburg Road, Charlottesville, Virginia 22901.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the love and affection
the Grantors have for the Grantees, the Grantors hereby GIVE and
CONVEY with GENERAL WARRANTY and ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE unto
Walter Tucker Johnson and Vanessa Copeland Johnson, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entirety with full rights of survivorship
as at common law and not as tenants in common, the following
described real property, to -wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated
in Albemarle County, Virginia, in the vicinity of Red
Hill shown and designated as Parcel "X" on plat entitled
"Subdivision Plat of Tax Map 88, Parcel 23," of S. L.
Key, Incorporated, Land Surveyors, dated March 6, 1992,
revised March 16, 1992, attached hereto and recorded
herewith, being a portion of the property conveyed to
the Grantors herein by deed of Sara J. White, gt al.,
dated May 1, 1959, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of Albemarle County in Deed Book 348, page
432.
This conveyance is made expressly subject to the
easements, conditions, restrictions and reservations contained in
duly recorded deeds, plats, and other instruments constituting
constructive notice in the chain of title to the property hereby

conveyed, which have not expired by a limitation of time contained
therein or have not otherwise become ineffective.
THIS DEED IS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION PURSUANT TO VA. CODE
