It looks like you've addressed the outstanding items. I can schedule this for ARB review on November 2. It will be a virtual meeting. Does that date work for you? Regarding the canopies,the length really depends on the location and relationship to the building, so eliminating one or more may not be required. We'll make a recommendation on this in our staff report. My first concerns were the height of the canopy and the size of the fascia.The drawing you submitted shows that those proposed sizes meet the guidelines, so that is a good start. Can you confirm that the canopies, vacuum equipment, auto entry and gate all have a black finish?Yes, I can confirm they all have a black finish 2. Manufacturer's cut sheets for the proposed light fixtures are still needed. Please see attached files marked Canopy Lights and outdoor light fixtures for cut sheets 3. The canopy photograph suggests that the canopies are more substantial than I had imagined.They look much like fuel pump canopies,for which the ARB has design guidelines (see last 2 pages of attached document). We will need line drawing elevations of the canopies, with dimensions, for review. Please see attached file named canopy detail. It looks like the maximum length of a canopy is 66 feet per the county requirements so we removed the canopy closest to the building and also shortened one other one to the maximum length. The car wash looks much better with the canopies but if the county would rather not have them we can remove as needed. 4. Dimensioned line drawings are also needed for the auto entry and gate.This should be available from the manufacturer, right? Please see attached file named equipment cut sheets 5. Although we have not yet confirmed an ARB meeting schedule for the near future, I have been reviewing your recent submittal and drafting the staff report that will eventually go to the ARB for review. I have found that a number of items requested by the ARB were not included in your submittal. I think it would be unproductive to move forward to the ARB without this information having been provided and considered in the staff report. I have outlined the items that are missing below and in the attached document. If I've overlooked any of this in the current submittal, please just let me know where to find it. From the final review checklist, the following items are missing: 1. Top and bottom retaining wall elevations. 2. Wall-mounted light locations on the photometric plan and fixtures listed in the light fixture schedule. 3. Cut sheets for wall and site lights included in the site plan set(not separate, stand-alone sheets). 4. Architectural elevations drawn to scale. For items missing from the October 21, 2019 ARB action letter, please see the highlighted sections of the attachment.
