Margaret, Thanks for allowing us to present this sketch of adding depth to the Minor Parapets on the East Face of the W4 Building, without going back to the Renderer. I have included a plan view and a before and after of the rendering.The 4 Feet really makes a difference in giving a substantial feel to what now looks like Minor Towers. Revise the design of the upper half of the north tower to break up the wall area between the stringcourses, and to relieve the top-heavy appearance (without increasing the size of the wall sign). Provide a drawing to confirm that the towers appear 4-sided from Rt. 29. This comment was meant to address all the architectural features with heights that rise above the lower parapet—not just the one at the Rt. 29/Woodbrook corner.
