Hi Andy,
The plat is on it's 2nd review, and we have until June 25" to complete the review. Engineering Division, ACSA, and myself
are the remaining reviewers. I took a cursory look and it looks like most, if not all, of our original comments have been
addressed. I am going to try and complete my review before the 25" and I will let you know if there are any remaining
red flags.
Do you want me to send you a copy of the revised plat?

In case you didn't know, last Wednesday, the Board approved the County s conveyance of this proposed
easement adjacent to 999 Rio Road East I now have a fully -signed deed, but am awaiting final approval and
execution of the accompanying plat. Could you let me know the status of that revised plat? Thanks.

Good evening everyone,
The applicant for SUB202100074 has submitted a revised easement plat and comment response letter for review with
staff. They also submitted different email correspondence PDFs for reference purposes. Lastly, the applicant included a
signed deed of easement for the new ACSA easement that the plat proposes.
Please send me any comments or approvals by Wednesday, June 23rd. Please let me know if you have any questions.
