Tori, I think the confusion here is that UVAF was not managing and didn't submit the Encompass site plan, that was managed by the Encompass team directly. I've copied Elizabeth Mann, their director of design and construction on this email. Elizabeth, Can Encompass formally withdraw the site plan for the project at the research park that was in design a few years ago? It still is noted as under review at the county. We don't want that square footage to remain on file at the county to count against UVAF's maximum buildout at the park. Please confirm for Tori so she can address this on her review comment on another project we have that they are reviewing. Thanks. It still shows up as'Under Review' in CountyView, so I wanted to check. If so, I can remove from my review comments. Also, I wanted to note that Zoning would confirm which projects had actually been approved before sending out proffer requirements, so the comment for the site plan (SDP2020-9) is meant to be advisory. Of course, making it as accurate as possible is best! The Encompass project was cancelled and will not be moving forward. We want to make sure that the square footage for that project does not count against the total park build out square footage. Advisory Comment: ZMA20053 Proffers Per Proffer 5.4(A) approved with ZMA2005- 3, the required Phase I road improvements must be completed prior to build -out of Phase I (with some exceptions). Based on this submittal, 488.151 sq. ft. have been constructed, and 718,130 will be approved after this site plan and the UVA Encompass Site Plan (SDP201900047) are approved. The build -out square footage of Phase I, per Proffer 5.3. is 635,000 sq. ft. for uses with access to Lewis and Clark Drive and 980,000 sq. ft. total. Many of the proffers per 5.4(A) have been completed. This is an advisory comment only.
