Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering. 1. A left turn lane at the entrance is warranted. To proceed without providing a left turn lane a Design Waiver is required. Please find the attached turn lane warrant calculations, warrant, and narrative provided by our Traffic Engineers, provided with this submittal. 2. The AM-E review will require a potential Design Waiver to be reviewed simultaneously as it is essential context for approvals. Acknowledged. Please refer to comment number 1.
