1. Revise the line drawing elevations to identify a coordinated color for the door on
the west elevation and to identify the material and color of the doors as illustrated
on the south elevation.
"Wood tone aluminum doors" note added to the elevation drawings.
2. Indicate the location of all building- and ground-mounted equipment. Show how
visibility from the EC street will be eliminated.
Standard note added to site plan sheet C3, but equipment locations not shown.
Line of sight drawing provided — shows parapet will screen rooftop equipment.
3. Revise the lighting plan (schedule, photometrics, cut sheets, etc.) to include the
building-mounted lights. Light levels at the ground must not exceed 20 fc.
• Lighting plan shows 4 light fixtures on east elevation. (4 on north elevation won't be
visible from the EC.)
• 65 watt incandescent lamps proposed = less than 3000 lumens.
• Fixtures appear to be both up- and down-lights
• Maxfc = 8.9
Kichler lighting rep says the chosen fixture is up and down light and cannot be
modified. The smaller version can be modified to eliminate up-light. Rep provided

lighting schedule revised to show catalog number for the alternate wall fixture. However,
the alternate fixture is 7"tall—not the 12"that was originally proposed and is still listed in
the schedule.
4. Shift the added Pin Oak from the end of the 4-space parking row to the middle of
the length of the 4-space row.
Tree shifted to designated location.
5. Provide the size of the order kiosk and coordinate the site and architectural plans
to show a workable location for the kiosk.
Kiosk is approx 2' wide and 6' tall, located 3.5' from corner of wall These dimensions put the kiosk
below window level, so architectural details are not obscured.
11/30/20 Comments:
1. The mechanical equipment visibility note has been added to the site plan, but equipment locations
have not shown. Revise the site and architectural drawings to indicate the location of all building-
and ground-mounted equipment and show how visibility from the EC street will be eliminated.
2. The proposed wall-mounted light fixture emits both up-light and down-light. Up-light is not
appropriate in the ECs. Kichler indicates that a similar fixture is available without up-light:

lighting-9234az.html Please revise the wall fixture to a down-light only fixture.
12/17/20 Comments:None. Issues resolved. Note discrepancy with wall fixture height.
