Building material has been revised.to full size brick and accounts for close to 8:5% of building façade area. False windows.have been removed. Cornice detail has been revised with.more projection and depth. Pilasters have been revised with more architectural features. 2. 'EIIFS has been revised to show on just 3 sides of building, reduced in square footage as well. 3. Left hand wall has been revised taking into account, revised pilasters, and 4'different brick patterns 4. Color of service door'has been revised to match brick.. 5. Front wall'has been' revised to remove faux windows.:EIFS area has been reduced:in.size, accounting_for Additional brick. 6. Decorative band has been removed, and 2 courses of 8" rowlock'course have been added. 7. Additional brick patterns have been added, to break up the blankness. 8.
