.review comments,for the application noted The response numbers below,
coincide with numbering of.review comments.
1. Building material has been revised.to full size brick and accounts for
close to 8:5% of building façade area. False windows.have been
removed. Cornice detail has been revised with.more projection and
depth. Pilasters have been revised with more architectural features.
2. 'EIIFS has been revised to show on just 3 sides of building, reduced in
square footage as well.
3. Left hand wall has been revised taking into account, revised pilasters,
and 4'different brick patterns
4. Color of service door'has been revised to match brick..
5. Front wall'has been' revised to remove faux windows.:EIFS area has
been reduced:in.size, accounting_for Additional brick.
6. Decorative band has been removed, and 2 courses of 8" rowlock'course
have been added.
7. Additional brick patterns have been added, to break up the blankness.

9. Storefront glass has been revised [updated to clear.glass in,lieu of
previously submitted evergreen tint. Percentages have been added to
colored elevations sheet..
10. Faux windows have been removed, and multiple.brick patterns have
been utilized.
11. .Roof Plan sheet A6 has been provided, With roof top units shown.
12. Notes added.to Roof plan, and Colored elevation.
13: .Revised lighting plan included, with 20'=0" overall heights noted for site
light poles.
1.4. Shrub,.planting size has been increased to 24". See Sheet
15. Elm has been shifted out Of'sanitary easement, See sheet L1.0
16. Plantings have been added to this area, south of the building.. See
sheet.L1.0
17: Note has been revised
18. The parking and landscaping requirements have been considered in the
layout of this phase,.and will incorporated into the design for Phase 2
