Under section § 17-900 of the Albemarle County Code, this is your NOTICE TO COMPLY with
the requirements of the Land Disturbance Permit (or Agreement in Lieu of a Plan) for the
referenced project and to immediately take corrective measures to address erosion and sediment
control deficiencies on this property. This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the
following deficiencies:
Deficiency: Stabilize all open areas not actively being worked

VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§ 17-
208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon re -inspection.

Comments: Entire site needs stabilizing, all inlets need proper frames, diversions need to be
cleaned, stabilized and flowing towards traps and basins. Stockpiles are in need of
seed and mulch.
All seed and mulching must meet VESCH minimum standards. All mulch must be
tacked or chicken to hold in place. Current seed and mulch installation practices are
not to minimum standards.
