In reference to our recent conversation regarding
the twelve acres more or less located on the West side
of State Route 616 near Interstate 64, presently zoned
Agricultural, belonging to Fidelity American Eank,
Harlowe Auction Ltd . is willing to pay the sum of
$16, 000. 00 upon the following conditions :
1 . That percolation tests for septic systems
prove satisfactory over the entire area.
2. That the property can be re-zoned for
Business purposes .
3. That approval is granted by the Virginia
Department of Highways for an entrance
and road into the property.
10i4 It is understood and agreed upon acceptance of this
offer, that the undersigned will make all reasonable
efforts with all due diligence to see if the above
conditions can be met, but_ ifLsu�_conditions, or any of
