Planning Services (Megan Nedostup). 1. [32.5.2(a)] Under the zoning information, list the existing SP, as this plan is subject to the condition of that SP from 2008 Provide the conditions on a notes page, or other page SP2008-00042 has been listed on Sheet C0.0. Conditions from this SP have been listed on Sheet C1.0. The latest approved SUP documents have not been received at this time. Plan sheets shall be updated upon receipt of the latest documentation. 2. [32.5.2(b)] It is unclear if the parking near the energy plant is required parking for the uses on the site, or if this is simply a loading area. Please clarify if the parking requirements are still being met for the uses on site Parking for the proposed central energy plant is not required. This area will be utilized for loading purposes. See revised note on Sheet CO.O. 3. [32 5.2(b)] Include the maximum height and the square footage of the proposed energy pant building Notes have been updated accordingly. See Sheet CO.O. 4. [32.5.2(b)] Include the maximum amount of impervious cover on the site. There is 2.74 acres (maximum)of impervious area on site. 5. [32.5.2(d)] It appears that there are existing critical slopes in the areas that are proposed to be demolished Show the critical slopes and apply for a critical slopes waiver for Board of Supervisors approval (this is also being requested to be provided with SP2018-001). The justification will need to address the criteria 4.2.5 Critical slopes have been added to the existing conditions sheet. See Sheet C2.1&C2.2 for more information. A critical slope waiver has been submitted accordingly and is on the September 5th board agenda. [32.5.2(p); 32.7 9 7] Screening of commercial uses from the rural areas is required In addition, screening of the biofilter and loading area is also required Provide screening in accordance with 32.7 9 7 Screening of the biofilter and loading area has been provided. See Sheets L1.00 &L2.00. CDD Engineering(Matthew Wentland). 1. A VSMP plan will need to be approved prior to final site plan approval Acknowledged.VSMP plan approval will be obtained prior to final site plan approval. 2. Show the existing critical slopes on the plans Existing critical slopes have been provided on the existing conditions sheets. See Sheets C2.1 &C2.2. CDD Inspections (Michael Dellinger). 1. Buildings constructed prior to Jan 1, 1985 require asbestos survey to be performed prior to issuance of any permits If asbestos is encountered a building permit must be obtained to remove. Acknowledged, proper permitting will be obtained as required. We have included hard copies of the plans and calculations for your review.
