The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(3)] Please include the recorded instrument number for Blenheim Road, if possible. This
comment has been addressed.
2. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Please include the recorded instrument number for the existing drainage easement
shown on the plat and whether it is a public or private easement. The easement label has been revised
to include "VDOT," but there is no recorded instrument number. Please include a Deed Book and
Pase reference for this Easement. If there is no reference please make that clear to me when you
submit.
3. [14-302(B)(1)] Please include a date of revision. This comment has been addressed.
4. [14-302(B)(6)] According to Albemarle County GIS data the correct Tax Map and Parcel Numbers for
the two properties are TMP 114-67H and TMP 114-67H1. TMP 114-671 is the 21.28-acre lot immediately
south of these properties. Please update all Tax Map and Parcel Number references on the Plat
accordingly. This comment has been addressed.
5. [14-302(B)(10)] According to the most current Albemarle County GIS data the Water Protection
Ordinance Stream Buffer does not extend all the way to Blenheim Rd. as is shown on the Plat. Please see
the attached Map for reference and update the Plat accordingly. This comment has been addressed.
6. Please submit the revised Plat to the Community Development Department for review. One (1) copy shall
suffice for this review. Once all comments above are addressed please submit two (2) hard copies of the
plat printed to scale and signed by all applicable parties to the Community Development Department for
approval and final signatures. If comment #2 can be addressed with the final submittal, please submit
two (2) hard conies of the Dlat Drinted to scale and signed by all applicable parties and a notary to
the Community Development Department for approval and final signatures.
