The following comments will need to be addressed before approval: 1. WPO Plan (WPO202000055) must be approved before site plan can be approved. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Rev. 2: Comment not addressed. 2. It appears the proposed retaining wall goes through managed slopes, therefore it must follow county code 18-30.7.5 - Design standards, which includes a maximum height of 6 ft. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 3. Signed and sealed engineering plans for the retaining wall will be necessary before final site plan approval. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Rev. 2: Comment addressed. 4. Please show all proposed easements, such as S WM facility easements. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. However, this easement must be recorded before final site plan can be approved. Rev. 2: Comment still applies. Easement for Dry Swale A needs to be enlarged, especially around structure A5.
