This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision to the above referenced site plan, the changes as shown in the
attached annotated plan (annotations undated) and the request letter dated June 10, 2021. The approved
changes include only the following:
1. Replacement of Ash trees in the location shown with five (5) Zelkova Serrata (Green Vase), 2'/z" caliper at
planting, in the existing planting island.
2. Replacement of Dogwood trees in the location shown with five (5) Kousa Dogwood, 6' high at planting, in
the existing planting island.
No other changes to the approved plan are proposed or approved.
This is the first (1 S1) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Dear Margaret,
Thank you for your guidance in moving this Letter of Revision
request. We have included the (4) drawings with the suggested changes
for the Ash trees on the Rio Road Entrance and the very old dogwoods
near SunTrust/Truist Bank that will be addressed in the Fall of 2021.
The Ash will be substituted with Zelkova Serrata (Green Vase) and
our dogwood standards will be changed to Kousa Dogwood.
We thank you again and if you did not get my message earlier, our
bookkeeper sent the check for $108.00 yesterday without this form
attached.
