You have successfully addressed the remaining comments.
Please do the following:
• Submit 2 or more signed/notarized original plats. The County will keep one for our records.
• On that submittal ensure that it is boldly and clearly stated that this is for approval signatures,
but also put it to my attention.
• Once it has been submitted please email me so that I know to expect it. With most of us not
working in the office most days of the week knowing when you submit it helps me to guide it
through the signature process.
• Please note, we of course have COVID protocols in place which slows down the process a bit.
will email you once it his approved/signed and your signed originals are ready for pickup.

I have prioritized it over some others since it seems to be close to approval, but I have
not reviewed it yet.
We are still experiencing a higher than normal number of submissions and have less
staff working on them.
I hope to review it by sometime early next week, if not sooner.

Thank you for the electronic versions of the BLA plat.
As Vivian mentioned below, if in the future you could provide the
digital copy at the time of submission it allows the submission
processing be done in a more timely manner since most of our
reviewers are working from home as much as possible because of
COVID19 protocols.
Your submittal was received and is in our review queue.
Although Albemarle County continued to take submissions with the
onset of COVIDI9, while other municipalities stopped doing so for some
months, that does not mean that the it did not impact us and our
review cycles.
We have even seen a heavier load of submission, rather than a
decrease, in the last 6 months.
Please know that we will get to your review as quickly as we can but
our review process is backed up.
