Provide retaining wall easement with recorded agreement (Albemarle not party to Agreement) since proposed new boundary appears to locate portions of existing retaining wall on two commonly held parcels that may be separately owned at some point in the future. Engineering recommends ownership data for adjacent properties. 14-302(A)15 may provide sufficient basis to request data (Name, deed bk.-pg.) be displayed on the BLA for T.M. 60-25 and CSX Transportation, Inc. Engineering defers to Planning. (Rev. 2) Withdrawn. 7. Revise plat title to reference easements as well as boundary line adjustment since plat establishes private /public drainage easement, SWM facility easement, and public utility easements. (Rev. 2) Addressed. 8. SWM facility easement requires deed. Engineering will format deed once SWM facility Maintenance Agreement is recorded (ref. also WPO202000030 review comments, 7/17/20, review item 3). (Rev. 2) Persists; no action required of Applicant at this time. CDD staff in process of recording SWM Facility BMP Maintenance Agreement. Once recorded, Engineering review staff will use Maintenance Agreement parcel and ownership information to format the SWM deed of dedication, which may be recorded with the BLA and Easement plat (St 202000113). 9.
