Cameron,
I have reviewed the resubmitted SP and my comments are addressed. I hereby recommend approval with the condition
that an ACSA Water Construction Plan Review is required at the final site plan stage.

Hi Alex,
I am following up on the status of your review for this special use permit. The applicant submitted a revised plan with
responses to our first review comments, which I placed in the ACSA mailbox here on August 7t". Did you receive a copy
of those materials?Just checking because review comments are due by next Wednesday, September 15t. Let me know if
you need me to email a PDF of the plan and the comment responses to you.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks,
Cameron

Cameron,
I have reviewed the above referenced SP and have the following comments:
• Sheet C1.0: Show the existing water meter and label it as 5/8".
2
t
' • Sheet C1.0: Show the existing private sewer which connects to a gravity main on the CATEC property.
• Sheet C1.0: If a private easement exists across the CATEC property for the private sewer indicate the deed book
reference and location.
• Sheet C2.0: Show the proposed water main as a public extension with a new fire hydrant on site.
• Sheet C2.0: Show a new water service and fire line off of the water main extension. The applicant can also
explore an extension from the 8"water main on the CATEC property in lieu of a new road crossing(offsite
easements may be required for this extension).
• Fixture counts will be required at the site plan stage to verify the required meter size. Based on the building size
there will most likely be a meter upsize required which would include additional water/sewer connection fees. If
a new meter is required that applicant will need to propose abandoning the existing tap which would require
RWSA review and approval.
• Sheet C2.0: Show the private sewer in its entirety until it connects to public sewer.
• If no private easement exists for the sewer the applicant may need to acquire one on the CATEC property. This
would be handled at the site plan stage.
Let me know if you have any questions.
