Dear Ms. Kanellopoulos,
Please find attached the revised concept plan for SP2019-6 Boyd Tavern. To address items raised in the
staff report, the concept plan revision includes an expanded no parking area. Additionally, we have
included water usage data for the Market at 5th Street in response to members of the community. This data
was not provided previously with the special use permit application, as the Market at 5th Street does not
include a market and deli and, therefore, is not a comparable store to the proposed Market at Boyd
Tavern. This data is being provided as it was requested by the community members at the February 4
Planning Commission meeting.
