This letter is to notify you as adjoining property owners to property owned by CWH Properties Limited
Partnership that an application for a special use permit has been submitted The application is as follows:
SP2020-00009 North Pointe Middle Entrance Sign (Sign #72) - CWH Properties Limited Partnership,
(owner) David G Mitchell (Applicant) Request for issuance of a special use permit to locate a sign in a
proposed public right-of-way at the entrance to the approved planned development known as North Pointe
along Seminole Trail (Rt. 29N), pursuant to Albemarle County Code § 18-4 15 7(c) and § 18-34 5 The
proposed sign is 31 5 sqft (10 5 ft x 3 0 ft) and 13 5 ft in height. The entrance to the North Pointe
development is located off the northbound lane of Seminole Trail, approximately 0 75 miles from the
intersection of Seminole Trail (Rt. 29N)and Proffit Road (Rt. 649) The property, TMP 03200-00-00-02000
is zoned Planned Development Mixed Commercial and Entrance Corridor Overlay
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an electronic meeting on Tuesday,July 7, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
This meeting is being held pursuant to Ordinance No. 20-A(6) An Ordinance to Ensure the Continuity of
Government During the Covid-19 Disaster Opportunities for the public to access and participate in this
