Mitchell (applicant) To Whom It May Concern This letter is to notify you as adjoining property owners to property owned by CWH Properties Limited Partnership that an application for a special use permit has been submitted The application is as follows: SP2020-00009 North Pointe Middle Entrance Sign (Sign #72) - CWH Properties Limited Partnership, (owner) David G Mitchell (Applicant) Request for issuance of a special use permit to locate a sign in a proposed public right-of-way at the entrance to the approved planned development known as North Pointe along Seminole Trail (Rt. 29N), pursuant to Albemarle County Code § 18-4 15 7(c) and § 18-34 5 The proposed sign is 31 5 sqft (10 5 ft x 3 0 ft) and 13 5 ft in height.
