Dear Mr. Bruce Kirtley and Mr. John Van Peppen,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced minor
amendment site plan (approved 05-13-2016). The Letter of Revision proposes the following
changes as shown on the attached plan with the latest revision date of 06-30-21 and letter
dated 06-30-21:
• Addition of one (1) retaining wall less than 3 feet, near the existing swimming pool;
• Addition of stairs between the sports courts and the pool;
• And conversion of the existing tennis courts into pickleball courts.
This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. Please be aware that only three Letter of Revision
are permitted on any site plan. Any future changes to the plan after the third Letter of Revision
are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment (along with the proper
fee) that shows the proposed changes and all previously approved conditions that are to
remain.

This request is pursuant to our rights defined as "existing club use'. Please be advised that
this request is for the repair and maintenance of an existing tennis court footprint The
revised court will be used for the purposes of Pickleball, defined under "club use" as
"swim", golf, tennis, or similar athletic facilities". Our contractor assures me that upon
completion our retaining wall will be three feet or less in height Other attendant changes
have been noted in the attached Site Plan amendment
