RE: Site Plan, Technical Review For EARLYSVII�LE FOREST
The below checked items apply to this site and are hereby recor,i.�ended to the
Commission:
� 1. Hydrants are required and must meet the followir_g requirements:
A. 2� C&O threads.
B. Located on highway right-of-way (when possible) .
C. No ci�ser than 50` or more than 400' to each major structure.
D. Every 800' along the roadway.
E. Every 500' around the perimeter of the building.
F, The fireflow requirement is gallons ger minute @ 20 PSI
(residual) .
X 2, A dry hydrant with adequate water from a pond is required. The surface
to the dry hydrant shall be accessable by use of an all weather compacteo
surface with a grade of not more thai� 20o and a turn-around space with a
radius of 90 feet the standpipe shall have a 4�" national standard
male fitting (see NFPA 1231) .
3. Dumpster location shall not be closer than 30' to any structure.
4. Handicapped provisions are required (see code of Virginia 35-124 & BOCA
Basic Building Code Article 316) .
X 5. Other comments and recommendations SEPARATION BETWEEN STRUCTURES
SHOULD NOT BE C7ASER THAN 100 FEET.
The attached plans do not show or incorrectly show:

Any lot not having adequate septic field location sha11 be combined with

accordance with the regulations of the Virginia Department of Health,
