The undersigned, who is/are the sole owner(s) of property located at 3492 Richmond
Rd. in Albemarle County Virginia, currently identified as Tax Map parcel(s) 079A1-00-0C-
03500 (the "Property"), do hereby make, constitute, and appoint Cellco Partnership d/b/a
Verizon Wireless my true and lawful attorney-in-fact and in my name,place and stead with full
power and authority to file all applications for any and all governmental approvals needed or
desired to install and/or construct a personal wireless service facility ("PWSF") on the Property
and to do and perform all acts and make any and all representations necessary during the zoning,
special use, site plan, and building permitting process with regarding to such approvals.
This Limited Power of Attorney shall not terminate until the last to occur of the
following: (a) said PWSF is approved and constructed; (b) it is revoked, rescinded, or modified
by the Owner; or(c) five(5) years have elapsed from the date set forth below.

To the Circuit Court of Albemarle County:
Your undersigned, Commissioner of Accounts of the Circuit
Court of Albemarle County, reports that he has included Augusta C.
Easton, Administrator of the Estate of Raymond Harry Easton, in the
list of fiduciaries whose accounts are before him for settlement,
which was posted at the front door of the Court House of Albemarle
County, Virginia on Monday, February 5, 1996. More than ten days
have elapsed and he has made up and completed the foregoing
accounting pursuant to Section 26-20.1 of the Code of Virginia.
From this account, it appears that Augusta C. Easton has paid all
known charges against the estate, and after the time required by
law, has delivered the residue of the estate to herself as Sole
Heir of the Estate of Raymond Harry Easton.
