Please provide all r quired offsite.easements,or at a minimum for preliminary approval, letters of intent. [policy] Rev]:comments not addressed 2. A critical slopes waiver is needed for disturbance of critical slopes on site. The only man-made critical slopes that can be exempt are proposed 4:1 or steeper slopes shown on a previously approved site plan. [18-4.2] Rev]: The critical slopes waiver requires planning commission action. 8. The site plan should show trench drains surrounding the gas pump concrete pad area. The trench drains should not drain into any stormwater pipes or facilities.Parking lot runoff should be directed away from the trench drains and should not drain through the concrete pad. Please show any pipes necessary to direct canopy roof drainage to the stormwater system. Revl: Trench drains are not required. 9. There has been prior concern with the existing wall on site. It appears a portion of the way is proposed to remain. The entire wall may need to be replaced with an adequate retaining wall which meets all building code standards. } Revl: The proposed wall improvements are very confusing.
